Returns by Mail:
- To initiate a return by mail, please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Clearly state the reason for the return and provide any relevant information.
Restocking Fee:
- A restocking fee of 25% of the product price will be applied to all returns.
Return Timeframe:
- Customers have 30 days from the date of receiving their order to return the item.
Processing Time:
- Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed once it is received. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Condition of Items:
- Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
Refund:
- Once your return is processed and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
