How the mini came to be. Several months ago Sal Bianco contacted me for a miniature replica of a place he called iconic. He explained to me how he has been the General Manager at Joe & Pats. Working hard and carrying on its traditions. He went on to say how the owner Casey Pappalardo is like family to him. But it’s a bittersweet moment as Sal is leaving to open his own place. And this would be a parting gift. He wanted it to be bigtime. Very memorable, a Major Mini.
So the master copy was created and Sal gifted the first one to Casey. When Sal gave Casey the miniature, he was ecstatic. Casey loves and treasures it. A special memento and trophy of all the hard work that it takes to run a business for so long.
