Stephanie grew up in the shop after her father purchased the business from her uncle. She learned the trade firsthand and worked there from a young age. In 1984, on his 17th birthday, Vito started working at the pizzeria. They spent long days working side by side.

Over time, they fell in love. In 1987, they married. Their lives became permanently woven into the story of this Brooklyn institution.

That history guided every step of creating this miniature. I carefully studied reference photos, proportions, and architectural details. My goal was simple. The model needed to feel instantly familiar.

The miniature captures the storefront and the character regulars remember. Each detail works together to bring the building back to a specific moment in time.

When Vito saw the finished model, he recognized it immediately. He was amazed by how lifelike it felt.
