The miniature replica was first made for owner Paul DiSpirito as a gift from his wife Lisa. Dispirito took over the business in 2007. And is carrying on the tradition of quality. I based the model off of their location on 7803 15th Ave in Brooklyn. With both floors represented as originally ordered. I was told that the two flags in front mean a lot to Paul, so I included them. Paul loves his model. When he saw it he said “It looks amazing, I have never seen anything like it!”
